IKEA, the world’s largest furniture company, opened a new prototype store here in Jacksonville a year ago to much fanfare and consumer interest. IKEA knew that a successful launch is not enough to keep customers engaged in the long term. Enter the IKEA FAMILY loyalty program and Mega Events, designed to inspire and connect with IKEA’s customer base.

Join Raquel Ely, Acting Store Manager for IKEA Jacksonville, on September 25 to learn about how the company keeps their fans engaged and what to expect next from our favorite furniture company.

Raquel joined IKEA in 2011 as a US Advertising Specialist, working on integrated communication projects to help support the company’s priority businesses and build the brand. From there, she’s held the position of US Marketing Research Specialist helping further market, consumer and life-at-home insights. Moving onto Sales, Raquel was responsible for the development of the country’s sales and promotion calendar, based on consumer and market insights to drive business priorities. She later came to Jacksonville to open the IKEA store as the Customer Experience Manager.
